THE AI CATALYST

Built to the shapeof your business.Never the other way round.

You have bought this before. It needed three months of configuring, it never quite fitted your process, and now nobody opens it. Every one of those tools was built to a shape. Yours is not that shape. Nobody's is.

No account. Nothing stored. About fifteen seconds.

  1. Tally ledger: Ledger export, CR and DR suffixes, Indian number format
  2. SAP Business One: Structured export, its own column naming
  3. Zoho Books: Titled sheet with a header block
  4. Odoo: Flat table, ISO dates
  5. Zoho CRM: Transaction list, one row per deal
  6. HubSpot: Deal export, different period grain
  7. Google Sheet: Titled, two row header, merged cells
  8. CSV upload: Whatever the client last saved
  9. Excel workbook: Multiple sheets, a totals row, cached errors

WHY IT KEEPS HAPPENING

Software is shipped with an idea of how your business works.

An old ledger lying open, handwritten entries in columns

Your ledger has a two row header. Your dates are DD/MM in one sheet and Excel serials in another. Your revenue column is in lakhs, and the word "lakh" is in the cell. Your plant calls it Capacity Utilisation and your register calls it something longer. None of that is wrong. It is just not the shape the tool was expecting.

So the work of making it fit lands on you. And it never ends, because the business keeps moving.

Nobody ever abandoned a tool because it was too accurate. They abandoned it because it asked them to change first.

WHAT WE BUILT INSTEAD

Our systems take the shape of the business they find.

Any door: an ERP, a CRM, a linked sheet, an upload, an API. Any table shape: flat, labels down the side, a title row, a two row header, a transaction list. Any convention: Indian or European decimals, lakh and crore as words, DD/MM or ISO dates, financial year notation, Excel serials. Any currency. Any period grain. Any industry vocabulary.

AND HERE IS THE MEASUREMENT

Nine source systems. One figure. Four decimal places.

We took the same business through nine completely different doors and checked whether the number that came out the other side was the same one.

  1. Tally ledger: Ledger export, CR and DR suffixes, Indian number format
  2. SAP Business One: Structured export, its own column naming
  3. Zoho Books: Titled sheet with a header block
  4. Odoo: Flat table, ISO dates
  5. Zoho CRM: Transaction list, one row per deal
  6. HubSpot: Deal export, different period grain
  7. Google Sheet: Titled, two row header, merged cells
  8. CSV upload: Whatever the client last saved
  9. Excel workbook: Multiple sheets, a totals row, cached errors

Annual revenue, the same from all nine

Refused.

Two columns claim this metric. Rename one, or tell us which.

Same annual revenue, to four decimal places. What could not be settled was refused, with a statement of what to change rather than a guess.

Measured Open item: <date>. Re run on Open item: <date> for publication. The scenarios are in the module below, and you can run them yourself.

You do not have to take our word for any of that. The same road is open on this site.

Your messiest export is the interesting one. Nothing is stored.

AND THE LIMIT

It takes the shape of your business. It never takes the shape of an answer it does not have.

The second half of that sentence costs us more than the first half earns, and we would not remove it.

When the evidence supports a direction and not a number, you get a direction, and you are told why. When two of your sources disagree, you see both, and we do not quietly average them. When a measure is not in what you sent, no claim gets made about it, and we name the file that would close the gap.

Every claim carries a grade. The grade decides which words are allowed. It is computed, not chosen, which means nobody here can talk it up.

How the grading works

THREE SYSTEMS

Decide. Grow. Run.

Three jobs that were never anybody's full time role in a business your size, and the system that now does each one.

  • DECIDE

    Design partners

    Business Pulse

Reads your whole business, continuously, and hands you the decision rather than the data. Which six buyers are holding your cash, what it is worth, what happens at year end, and the letters already drafted.

    How Pulse decides

  • GROW

    Live today

    Lead Generation

Learns who already buys from you, finds more of them, writes in your voice about something real, and books the meeting. Your closers stop researching and start closing.

  • RUN

    Shipping

    Custom AI Workflows

Maps the process you actually run, then rebuilds it so it runs without a person in the middle. And tells you what it could not automate, and why.

    See what we build

A catalyst does not impose a reaction. It lowers the energy the reaction already needed, and it is not consumed by it.

That is the difference between this and a consultancy. A consultancy is consumed by the reaction and invoices you for being consumed. We are supposed to leave, and the capability is supposed to stay.

Your business is already trying to react. We stop asking it to change shape first.
